In a world filled with uncertainties, it is often not that easy to seek solace and guidance from external sources. However, amidst the chaos and the clamor, there lies a powerful truth: You are your own god, capable of performing wonders that you may have once believed only a higher power could achieve. This profound realization awakens the dormant potential within each of us, urging us to embrace our inherent power, creativity, and limitless capabilities.

By acknowledging our divine essence and tapping into our inner reservoirs of strength and wisdom, we possess the ability to manifest miracles, shape our realities, and carve a path toward boundless growth and fulfillment. Embrace this profound truth, for you are the creator of your own destiny, and through your belief and action, you can transcend the boundaries of what was once deemed possible.

Attaining God through meditation

Efforts need Actions And Unwavering Faith

To experience inner bliss, supreme serenity, and holy calmness, we all read a variety of books, journals, and periodicals, as well as listen to YouTube, watch a wide variety of videos, and visit a variety of websites on the topic. But do we actually make an effort to look ahead toward our objective? Most of the time, this is due to the fact that we never feel satisfied with what we have or what we have learned, and we never even try to implement what we have recently learned.

Most of us merely browse through everything that is available, never actually making an effort to do or obtain anything we look at. After reading the majority of these articles, we often feel unsatisfied and continue looking for more information online. I have come to understand that a profound sense of contentment is the key to a happy mind and that each of us possesses the love that brings us such great satisfaction. In other words, if we have the ability to figure out our soul by leaving our body and mind, then we attain God or the Brahman which is boundless and infinite.

We then enjoy this pure joy and go into ecstasy while our soul itself merges with the Brahman or what we term as God himself in various manifestations in each of us. You travel to a different realm altogether which we call being getting transformed into your astral body, for at that instance you are part of the greater cosmos from where you actually originated and will again dissolve after you leave this present body. Once you comprehend it, achieving the amazing state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi is not that difficult.

Once you have left your earthly consciousness and entered the alternate reality, the subtle body, or the casual body from the gross body, and completely let go of your ego, forgetting your “Iness,” you have everything you need to grow strong enough to accomplish all of your life’s goals and have the spiritual ability to see the future not only for yourself but for everyone else as well.

How to transform oneself:

Begin to believe in yourself.

Beginning with Raja Yoga meditation. Utilize the power of your beliefs to empower yourself and achieve your goals. Constantly remind yourself that you are capable of achieving your objectives or that you have the means to do so. See the objective before your divine eyes. When you close your eyes and concentrate on your kuthasta or third eye, you see a white or violet glow emanating from your kutastha and entering your body, primarily in the region of your heart.

Allow me to illustrate with an example: A prominent physician was once diagnosed with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. The disease was treatable with 19 medications, but he was resistant to 18 of them. It was virtually the end of his existence. He was receiving a single injection, which had begun to tax his body. 50% of his natural hearing was lost. Things took a turn for the better after he was finally forced to undergo brain surgery. When he believed that the ordeal was over and he was just beginning to return to normal life, a poutine test after only six months revealed that he had a brain abscess.

Rajyog Meditation to attain god

Even though he was utterly despondent, he never gave in to his fate and instead used Rajyog Meditation to fight it. He began to concentrate on the power of belief in his mind and repeated over and over that he was in perfect health and that nothing was wrong. He was also taking medications, and the combination of these medications and his strong conviction made all the difference. Modern medicine and spirituality worked in tandem to complement each other in the healing process. The miracle occurred when, after almost a year, the next scan revealed that the lesion had disappeared and he had returned to his normal self. This is what a belief’s strength consists of. Positive or negative, your affirmations play a significant role if you know how to use them.

Try something that you have never done:

You must modify your conduct. You must use your imagination and come up with something novel and unique. If the previous path had been effective, you would have already witnessed the outcomes. Given that this is not the case, change is required. Maintain concentration and ask yourself, “What are you missing?” Your soul employs a variety of techniques and methods to reveal the missing elements in your life and the steps leading to your goal or success. It is simple to capture the sounds that your soul is directing when your mind is at peace. Meditation must therefore be practiced.

Mantras or the name of God are not prerequisites for meditation. Meditation is the process of discovering your soul, forcing it out of your body, and maintaining your faith in yourself. To determine the optimal course of action, you may be able to communicate with your authentic self or spirit. Meditation possesses potent powers, including the ability to completely transform a person’s life. You can create miracles.

Miracles are necessary to continue with your daily life; otherwise, you will become bored, which frequently tends to rob you of your joy and happiness. We frequently remain submerged in the ocean of our murky life problems and issues and become entangled in the web of our sorrows and turbulence, making it impossible to continue living and causing us to take extreme measures to end our lives as a result of extreme stress and sheer frustration.

Indoors or outdoors, wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, and find a place where no one can disturb you while you sit in complete peace and tranquility. Close your eyes and concentrate on the center of your forehead. Now, with absolute clarity and unwavering resolve, affirm the purpose of your life and what you desire for yourself. Permit other ideas to pass through the procedure. Do not let other thoughts that may appear or attempt to divert you from your objective distract you.

Gradually, it will improve with practice. Slowly and steadily depart from your body and mind and observe yourself from a distance. Consider your body to contain your soul. Feel as though you are the soul with limitless power. Now use this power and direct it towards your own benefit. This will change your thought process and outlook, finally evolving a new person in you. You will gain strength and overcome all hurdles and blockades in your life, and the floodgates of success will open.

Communicate with yourself and nature.

The practice of talking to yourself may initially appear odd, but it eventually becomes a potent instrument for self-reflection and introspection. You gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your desires by verbalizing your thoughts and emotions. It becomes a form of self-therapy that enables me to process emotions, analyze situations, and make clear decisions. Through this process, you develop a heightened sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance, which brings about a profound transformation in your life. I become more aligned with my true values and goals, leading to a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Connecting with nature, be it through observing flowers, birds, animals, or insects, further enhances my transformational journey. The beauty and tranquility of nature create a harmonious backdrop for self-reflection. As you immerse yourself in the natural world, You develop a sense of interconnectedness and unity with all living beings. You witness the resilience and simplicity of nature, and it teaches me valuable lessons about acceptance, patience, and balance.

The vibrant colors of flowers, the melodious songs of birds, and the playful interactions of animals and insects all serve as reminders of the inherent beauty and diversity of life. You find solace, inspiration, and a renewed sense of peace by embracing nature as your companion and instructor.

The combination of talking to yourself and interacting with nature results in a profound sense of inner peace. Self-reflection enables me to release pent-up emotions, release limiting beliefs, and find clarity amidst chaos. Nature teaches us to be present, to appreciate simple pleasures, and to find peace in the ever-changing cycles of life

Through these practices, you cultivate a profound sense of inner peace that radiates outward, positively influencing your relationships, career, and well-being as a whole. You attain a profound sense of harmony, contentment, and fulfillment through the transformative power of self-dialogue and nature’s embrace.

Permit me to share my personal experience. I decided to take a break from my hectic schedule and go for a walk outdoors one day. I began to speak aloud to myself as I walked alongside tall trees and chirping birds along the trail. As I continued to speak, I realized that it was actually quite liberating, despite my initial discomfort. I was able to process all of my thoughts and emotions without judgment because I was able to clear my mind by conversing with myself. I began to verbalize and internalize my fears, hopes, dreams, and desires. This simple act had a significant impact on my health.

Art of Rajyoga meditation

Over time, I found myself engaging more often in conversations with nature—listening to the rustling of leaves, observing the dance of honey bees, marveling at the colors of flowers, enjoying the company of squirrels playing, and feeling the coolness of the breeze brushing against my face. Nature became my teacher, healer, confidante, and companion as a result of these interactions, which brought me a great deal of inner serenity. And much to my astonishment, I discovered that my ways of handling situations had changed dramatically for the better and that my conversations had become transformative; they evolved into affirmations of good things happening to me, a feeling of love in my heart for all, which silently reminded me of who I am and where I want to be, with gratitude flowing for every action and deed and with being generous in giving to others while receiving blessings from that supreme power in every moment.

My life has been profoundly transformed physically, mentally, spiritually, and even professionally since those first walks, simply because I committed to speaking openly and honestly with myself (and Nature). Since then, my self-confidence has skyrocketed as a result of my consistent practice of positive affirmations.

I have learned patience by observing the slow growth of plants and the cyclical patterns of sunrise and sunset; compassion for all living things by observing their struggles and tenacity; and the courage to try new things by observing how tree stumps nourish mushrooms, which eventually grow into another massive tree trunk! I am appreciative that this magnificent planet welcomes me with such warmth and wisdom every moment, and I welcome the same in return through acts of generosity, kindness, and service.

Step outside of your comfort zone.

We will never become the best or most skilled sailors if the seas are calm. You have no choice but to face the music, regardless of your preference. What ought to be done? Crying or complaining will not accomplish anything, provide solace, or eliminate the difficulties in your life. As long as they are alive, no one can avoid it. Yes, the severity of these obstacles can vary. Regardless of whether the intensity is high or low, the source is nearby or far away, etc., you must recognize that you must overcome them.
Leaving our comfort zone is often a catalyst for inner and spiritual growth. When we step outside of our familiar routines and environments, we expose ourselves to new experiences, challenges, and perspectives. This process pushes us to confront our fears, limitations, and self-imposed boundaries, ultimately leading to personal transformation.

One of the main ways leaving our comfort zone facilitates inner growth is by expanding our self-awareness. When we venture into unfamiliar territory, we are forced to examine our beliefs, values, and priorities. We confront aspects of ourselves that may have been hidden or unexplored, leading to a deeper understanding of who we are as individuals. This increased self-awareness allows us to reassess our goals, desires, and purpose, paving the way for personal and spiritual growth.

Leaving our comfort zone also fosters resilience and adaptability. By facing new challenges and pushing through discomfort, we develop a greater sense of self-confidence and the ability to navigate unfamiliar situations. We learn to embrace uncertainty and trust in our own abilities. These qualities not only enable us to overcome obstacles but also empower us to take risks and pursue our passions. Through this process, we discover new strengths, capacities, and aspects of ourselves that contribute to our inner growth.

Moreover, leaving our comfort zone exposes us to diverse perspectives and ideas. When we engage with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems, we broaden our horizons and challenge our own biases. This exposure encourages empathy, understanding, and compassion, which are essential for spiritual growth. By embracing diversity and being open to new experiences, we expand our consciousness and deepen our connection to the world around us.

Swami Vivekananda once asked Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Because of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading.

Ramkrishna Paramahansa replied, “If you look outside, you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides the way”.

God Ramakrishna Paramahansa

To conquer your blues, you must first leave your comfort zone while silently reminding yourself that your soul will lead you through those dark alleys. Our body operates like an orchestra. Your body contains 50 trillion cells that resemble musical instruments. Each cell can play beautiful music on its own. When the brain issues a central command, however, these individual cells cease to play their own music and instead form a symphony. In other words, each cell of our body loses its individual intelligence and creates its own unified action by reprogramming this cellular intelligence to overcome the problem, and finally, you are out of your blues.

Your brain can be rewired with the solid backing of non-acceptance. When your emotions are low, do not let your mind take over and let you complain and crib. No one is going to help you out. Some might try to give you false assurances and hopes. So shed the barrier, be bold, shun the fear in you, and leap on the burning flame with all your might to drowse it before it can burn you out. Such should be the tendencies of your behavior, along with your strong willpower, that there is nothing that you cannot achieve.

The last line:

As we go to the gym to make our bodies fit and strong, likewise, you need to gym your mind and soul as well. Regenerate your thought process to such an extent that you start to firmly believe that all the ups and downs of your life are just a trifle and that they cannot even leave a speck of their dust on your body. Eventually, your mind will understand that you are in complete control of yourself and it will surrender and give in. It is the state where there will be no desire in you to be fulfilled because you have gotten what you wanted. The inner bliss, the ultimate truth, the path to eternal happiness, and the holy calmness of self-satisfaction In short, you are on your journey of self-realization.

The idea that “You Are Your Own God, For You Can Do Wonders That You Believe Only God Can Do!” emphasizes the power and potential within each individual. It suggests that we possess the ability to achieve incredible things, surpassing the limitations we often attribute solely to a higher power. This perspective encourages self-empowerment and self-belief, highlighting the importance of our own thoughts, actions, and beliefs in shaping our reality.

By recognizing that we have the capacity to accomplish wonders, we are inspired to tap into our inner strength and unlock our true potential. This mindset encourages us to take responsibility for our lives, decisions, and actions, realizing that we hold the power to create positive change. It motivates us to push beyond self-imposed limitations, overcome challenges, and strive for greatness.

However, it’s important to note that this perspective does not negate the existence or significance of a higher power or spiritual beliefs. Instead, it emphasizes that we possess a divine spark within us and that we are capable of channeling that power to manifest extraordinary outcomes. It encourages us to connect with our inner divinity and trust in our own abilities, acknowledging that we have the potential to make a profound impact on ourselves and the world around us.

The concept of “You Are Your Own God, For You Can Do Wonders That You Believe Only God Can Do!” invites us to recognize and embrace our inherent power and potential.
